Since the ERA has never been ratified by the states since it was introduced in 1923 and then cleared both House and Senate in the ‘70’s and has been through deadlines and back again, she’s going to perform a miracle and get this done? Maybe she doesn’t realize the states have input on amendments to the U. S. Constitution...If I were her, I wouldn’t tackle anything more difficult than finding my way to the grocery store.
