I wish someone would challenge them on this. Some of liberal’s main priorities are overturning SC rulings on speech (Citizen’s United), guns (Heller), unions, voting, and a variety of other “legal precedents”.

When they get on TV ranting about “stare decisis” would it be so hard for someone to ask them where they stand on Citizen’s United? Or Heller? With a little prep before the show they could have clips ready of prominent Dems saying things like “Overturning Citizen’s United is our number one priority”. And if liberals go into how long ago Roe was decided, what about gay marriage - is that on the table since it was more recent than CU or Heller?

It doesn’t need to be done as an attack. It’s a very real and important discussion. People need to be exposed to “theory of government” debates and get beyond the “abortion” or “guns” attacks/scares that politicians and media stick to - we certainly don’t learn “government” in school civics classes.

There’s plenty of “incompetent press” to go along with the “fake press”.
