LOL, I remember when I was working in Boca Raton some years back and the ongoing joke in the office is about the SLOW LANES in the city.

One day a certain manager piped up and reminded us:
"hey guys, if you happen to see an expensive convertible Cadillac with the top cover folded down
and the driver is a short old guy who can barely see over the steering wheel
and you can just see a pair old gnarly white knuckles holding on to the steering
while doing 25MPH in the LEFT lane on the Main Road during the lunchtime Rush Hour and obstructing the traffic for miles behind him,
dont even bother blowing your horn at him - he's the MAYOR's and Police Chief dad!
