Hawaii Gov. David Ige is facing a tough Democratic primary Saturday night -- and January’s false missile alert could be a deciding factor in voters’ minds.

Ige faces a primary challenge from Rep. Colleen Hanabusa, and she is using the January false alarm as a key campaign issue -- particularly the fact that it took 38 minutes to correct the alert.

Officials mistakenly sent an a warning of an imminent missile attack, promising “THIS IS NOT A DRILL,” to cellphones, radios and televisions on January 13. The move sparked panic across the state before officials corrected it, especially because it was at a time of heightened tensions between the U.S. and North Korea.

Ige was partly blamed for the error and took responsibility for it, but also pointed to human error as the ultimate cause for the chaos....

Norks not involved at a Rogue sub lost by Argentina, used a TLBM (Tube Launched Ballistic Missile) developed by Israel at Kauai but the White Hats knew it was coming.

I'm not quite sure how to parse your statement. Is this correct?

1. North Korea was not involved.
2. Argentina had a submarine go 'Rogue' and they 'lost' it (lost contact, sunk, defected?)
3. The Submarine had on board a TBLM which had been developed by Israel
4. This TBLM was launched at Kauai
5. The US had intelligence that the launch was immanent
6. A US Navy destroyer shot down (Aegis/(SM-3) Block IIA interceptor, SeaRam, Phalanx?) the low flying missle (cruise missle, surface skimmer?)

Corrections or confirmation, please.

1. Argentine submarine went missing on a cruise off the coast of Argentina and declared lost even after search
2. Sub was of German design and build as are Israeli ones
3. Netanyahu when under investigation mentioned that Mossad or Israeli agencies had their own sub(s) in article printed in Israeli press
4. Specifications of TLBM developed/modified by Israel for their fleet matches diameter etc for sub from Argentina as they are from the same shipyard
5. Launch was not from site in NK but offshore near Japan
6. Evidence including photos shows actual missile destruction and no indication that it was ICBM
7. Submarine lost by Argentina was captured by our folks, pictures were on a QAnon post from Q info
8. Watch the Snowden movie, he mentions (as he developed it) the system to protect sensitive data fromal l resources for NSA et all in the event of a major event that could cause loss
9. Missile launch was known before hand by White Hats and intercept was done by US vessels in Pacific
10. Missile info was provided to Hawaiian personnel and they hit the button and announced incoming and data protection plan went into effect, data flowed and intercept by White Hats to get “full copy” including info on Eric Schmidt & Google and other things
11. Shoot down by Aegis missiles, witnessed by people out on the ocean miles offshore and photographed as well
Stand down issued but data was captured
12. Information provided on “failure” or shootdown took down alarm state by Authorities who did not know our team had it all
13. Info on Sub design & Specs avail online as well as TLBM developed by Israel from other countries IP and modified including length, diameter and capability of Argentine sub to utilize

There was a fair amount of news coverage, fake or not, about the loss of ARA San Juan last November. Wiki says she had 12k mmi range at 8 knots on the surface, but also said she had just a 30 day range, which would only cover half that distance at that speed. Alleged mission, starting from Argentina, seems like a stretch for their capabilities.
