Argentina had a submarine go 'Rogue' and they 'lost' it (lost contact, sunk, defected?)
The Submarine had on board a TBLM which had been developed by Israel
This TBLM was launched at Kauai
The US had intelligence that the launch was immanent
A US Navy destroyer shot down (Aegis/(SM-3) Block IIA interceptor, SeaRam, Phalanx?) the low flying missle (cruise missle, surface skimmer?)

Corrections or confirmation, please.

1. Argentine submarine went missing on a cruise off the coast of Argentina and declared lost even after search
2. Sub was of German design and build as are Israeli ones
3. Netanyahu when under investigation mentioned that Mossad or Israeli agencies had their own sub(s) in article printed in Israeli press
4. Specifications of TLBM developed/modified by Israel for their fleet matches diameter etc for sub from Argentina as they are from the same shipyard
