Sen. Lindsey Graham would like to see the White House apologize for a "disgusting" joke that was made about the health of his friend, Sen. John McCain, R-Ariz., who is battling brain cancer.
Last week, a White House press aide, Kelly Sadler, joked to colleagues during a closed-door meeting mocked McCain’s health after he called for his Senate colleagues to reject Gina Haspel’s nomination for CIA director. “It doesn’t matter, he’s dying anyway,” Sadler said.
Graham, R-S.C., said if this was in fact a joke, "it was a terrible joke."
"I just wish somebody from the White House would tell the country that was inappropriate, that's not who we are in the Trump administration," Graham told "Face the Nation" moderator Margaret Brennan for an interview that will air Sunday on CBS....

It wasn’t a joke..seriously McCain is dying right? I never heard Michelle Wolf apologize for anything, in fact she doubled and tripled down..but stating a FACT about precious McCain gets the lefty freaks into a tizzy..in 2008 they hated his guts, now they adore him because he hates Trump

Let me help word the apology.
I’m sorry if anyone was offended by my accurate observation about Sen. McCain. In retrospect, I should have said “It doesn’t matter, it’s John F***ing McCain” instead.

If Graham is truly concerned about what is and isn’t appropriate he needs to tell his good friend McCain how inappropriate his recent remarks have been. He also needs to realize some of us are not pleased that McCain is using his cancer like a race card.
McCain is dishing it out, then when there is understandable backlash reminds everyone he has cancer. As long as McCain is able to trash and insult conservatives, he is fair game for a few sharp sticks.
During the 2008 campaign, thousands of the 0bama troll army, posted thousands of comments about McCain and cancer, wishing that he would die. I don’t recall ANYONE denouncing that, or demanding that the 0bama campaign or the dems in general, apologize.
we are not denegrating him, he took care of that himself. when a sorry sob dies you know what you got a dead sob. dying doesn’t change ones morals or worth.
I wish the White House would promote Kelly Sadler to DHS Secretary.
On March 6, 2007 Lindsey Graham was honored by the National Council of La Raza (the race) for his effort to enact comprehensive immigration reform. The always eloquent Senator Graham said that those opposing La Raza were “a few loud bigots” and they need to shut up.
A disgusting joke? Is the @sshole dying or not? If he isn’t, then he’s the one that is playing a joke. If he is, then it’s the truth. Lindsey, all I know is I wish you could be with him....all the way!
McCain has said a lot worse about people.
