But on Friday, Ronald Reagan appointee Judge William Zloch dismissed... Usually pointing out who the Judge was appointed by is done when a Judge makes a ruling in favor of the party of the president that appointed him. In this case the ruling favors the DNC, thus the comment is superfluous.

FTA:DNC lawyer Bruce Spiva argued in court back in April that “there’s no contractual obligation here” between the donors and the DNC, claiming that “it’s not a situation where a promise has been made that is an enforceable promise.”
Should help with future fundraising.
As to splitting from the party, who gets Antifa in the divorce?

The DNC’s treatment of Sanders, who switched his party affiliation to run in the 2016 Democratic primaries, came under scrutiny after the 2016 hack into the DNC’s servers... Come on now, lets keep up with the truth. The information on the DNC servers was leaked by insiders, not hacked by outsiders.
