Dozens of members of Congress sent a letter to Secretary of State Rex Tillerson on Thursday, urging “utmost caution and restraint” in further dealings with North Korea and condemning President Donald Trump for promising “fire and fury” in response to reports that the Asian nation is escalating its nuclear program.
“These statements are irresponsible and dangerous, and also senselessly provide a boon to domestic North Korean propaganda which has long sought to portray the United States as a threat to their people,” reads the letter from 64 House Democrats, led by Rep. John Conyers (D-Mich.).
“We respectfully but firmly urge you to do everything in your power to ensure that President Trump and other Administration officials understand the importance of speaking and acting with the utmost caution and restraint on this delicate issue,” the letter continues. “Congress and the American public will hold President Trump responsible if a careless or ill-advised miscalculation results in conflict that endangers our servicemembers and regional allies.”(continued)

And then there’s GOP (alleged) McCain over there in the Senate saying the same thing.
It’s hard to wrap your head around the fact that some Americans would rather see the literal end of America and the loss of millions of Americans’ lives than to support Trump just one time.
An EMP strike is one thing, but if a nuke wiped-out Seattle or Los Angeles, or even better Washington D.C......
Now they want to be “respectful”?
The real point is....President Trump is the CIC. Congress has absolutely no business contradicting his call. It’s the very reason it was written into the constitution making the President and the President alone CIC.
They are telegraphing to the world that America isn’t united. THAT in itself gaurentees trouble. Just watch...

Instead of claiming that over 60 (64) members of Congress condemned Trump's threats to North Korea....
the headline would be more accurate to say that 471 members of Congress did not condemn the president's remarks.
The Huffington Post makes it sound like an overwhelming number of congressmen disagreed with Trump's remarks, when in fact, it was a small minority of democRATS (12% of total congress critters) who condemned the remarks.
Perfect example of how the media twists their stories to drive their agenda.
No big surprise. The RATS no longer consider Americans part of their constituency.
