ATLANTA (AP) - A new lawsuit claims Georgia's electronic touchscreen voting system is so riddled with problems that the results of the most expensive House race in U.S. history should be tossed out and a new election held.
The lawsuit by the Colorado-based Coalition for Good Governance and six Georgia voters was filed Monday in Fulton County Superior Court. It seeks to overturn the results of the June 20 runoff election between Republican Karen Handel and Democrat Jon Ossoff in Georgia's 6th Congressional District. Handel was declared the winner....

There was an argument about that a while back where someone called out for either Maxine Waters or some other congress woman to be impeached and she yelled back that she couldn’t be impeached whereupon someone wrote that she could be recalled or something to that effect. I was just passing that on.
You are using logic. Lefties have been so illogical for so many years they can not conceive that understanding.
Leave it to democrats to find a legal route to steal an election. They have been very good at it....

That’s ok, but in fact Congress critters cannot be impeached. They can only be expelled by their house. But in fact that is usually pointless in the case Congress members like Maxine Waters whose constituents would simply vote her back in at the next election. Adam Clayton Powell is a prime example.
Too bad. Some of them really need to be put out but it’s just too difficult to do. I guess their constituents get what they voted for; a mockery.
If Ossoff had won, the Rats would be proclaiming touch-screen voting systems the wave of the future.
