Taken literally, it means that incoming international flights would be treated like domestic flights...get off the plane and grab your bags - no federales to deal with. Likewise, driving into the country would be like crossing (most) state lines...just a sign or two welcoming you.

I remember Gary Hart ... whose loss on the back of a revelation about his infidelities probably inspired certain journalist to blindly defend Bill Clinton and as a consequence gave us the Clintons AND the LMSM in its current hyper partisan form!
I heard she has had to cut her own hair as her foreign funding sources are drying up.
