Jill Stein posted to her Jill2016 website that she had raised enough money to “file” for a recount in Pennsylvania. However, the Green Party candidate left out some key details about the filing of recounts in Pennsylvania that many of her supporters likely would have wanted to know before donating. For example, candidates cannot file a direct request for a recount in the state and instead must appeal the election in court.

According to the Recount 2016 initiative and donation page posted by failed Green Party presidential candidate Jill Stein, the Stein/Baraka Green Party Campaign launched an effort to ensure the “integrity of our elections.” Stein noted that she was hoping to raise funds via grassroots efforts to “demand” that recounts take place in Wisconsin, Pennsylvania and Michigan. She claimed “data” has suggested a need for recounting “machine-counted” votes in these particular states, which also happen to be states that Trump unexpectedly beat Clinton....

Well you get: 10,704 + 172,136 + 51,463 = Wait for it!!!.....Uhm...The real vote difference is...234,303!!!

There is no way to overcome that Yuge number and there is no cause for a recount.

I doubt this goes anywhere. SCOTUS precedent sincce 2000 will give any cases like this to the candidate who won the state.

She doesn't have a chance in either of the 3 states. The electors meet 12/19/2016 which is approximately 3 weeks away. That is not enough time to do a recount or all the legal challenges that will accompany it.
What will she get ...
Michigan - a receipt and a thank you for your business. $125 per district and she could contest every district in Michigan and still not find enough votes to be relevant.
Wisconsin - a receipt from the court and a thank you for your business
Pennsylvania - a receipt from the court and a thank you for your business
Sadly for her supporters and democrats who got their hopes for change up again, she's only offering heartbreak and Her gratitude for the Money she had left over after her half hearted failure to overturn either state's results.
The only thing Jill can achieve is possibly stalling those states from certifying their electors (not gonna happen) in an effort to invalidate their electors when the electors meet in Dec.

Usually when you petition the court, you have to have standing - IOW show that you have been personally harmed. You can’t be a surrogate for someone else - i.e. Clinton.
Stein has no standing. The court should show her the door after no more than five minutes.
