Did Donald Trump’s acceptance speech preview who will surround him at the White House?

Here’s a look at who he praised and who stood with him through all the campaign trials:

* RNC chairman Reince Priebus * Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich * Former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani * New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie * Sen. Jeff Sessions * Retired Army Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn * Retired Army Gen. J. Keith Kellogg Jr. * Retired neurosurgeon Ben Carson

Very noticeable that he presented so many AND his family.

On the other hand, Hillary presented her family and NO MORE....probably because a whole bunch of people, with bloodshot eyes and big "L"s on their forehead doesn't look so good.

Snarky....well, that's the way it is. She lied...people died.

And he didn’t even land New Jersey in our column. What a drag he is.

IA, I think I would rather see someone else cleaning up the DOJ.

On the surface, Christie looks like he’d be an attack dog as AG, but Giuliani has the cool factor. He’s menacingly erudite.

Yes, I do. He has been compromised by Bridge-gate.

I think Rudy would be a better choice for AG.

He is a terrible idea just about anywhere. Give him something to dismantle if you have to use him.

He’s just glad the DOJ is on his side now. He had a lot to lose if Lynch were still in charge.

He honored those who endorsed him when it was risky to do so.

I agree. I still can’t get over the picture of him and Obama hugging.
Rudy would be a superior choice, although I disagree with him on social issues.
Surprisingly, I believe Reince did a stand up job and should be considered. He stood by Trump when the elites in the GOP would not.
I commend him for that.

Rudy to organize Homeland efforts. Pence to inner cities and faith relationships. Dr. Ben - HHS (NOT Surgeon General - not significant enough). Newt - legislative agenda. KAC - chief of staff (she knows and guides him well). Kelly - DOD. DOJ - Gowdy?

Trump has signalled loudly, especially in the last couple of months.

The one I like the best is "We will get rid of the gangs and illegals in our cities .... the local police know who they are"

I'm a GREAT fan of President of ther Philippines, Rodrigo Duterte especially because he has a YUJE brass pair and has not been affected by the world's human rights community about his stance that drug dealers are to be killed and that he has said, numerous times, he will never prosecute his military or his police for doing their duty .... and he has also said, numerous times ... "If you get into a firefight with a drug dealer, you shoot to kill him.

I honestly believe Trump knows about Duterte and vice versa.
