The furor over the FBI probe of Hillary Clinton’s emails is helping Donald Trump among independent voters in key swing states.

In Wisconsin, a state that for months has been seen as safe Democratic turf, a new Marquette Law School poll released Wednesday found a shift in independent voters’ views. Many moved toward Trump after the FBI said Friday it was again probing Clinton’s use of a private email system for government business.

In Florida, a new CNN/ORC survey of Florida voters had Clinton up 2 and Quinnipiac had her up 1. Trump was leading among independent voters, 46-40, Quinnipiac found.

In Pennsylvania, Quinnipiac gave Clinton a 4-point edge, while CNN/ORC had her up 5. Clinton was ahead by 4 with independent voters, Quinnpiac said.

In North Carolina, Trump was up 45-38 among independents, Quinnpiac said. Clinton led overall by 3. Quinnipiac’s polls were conducted Thursday through Tuesday....

Is Hillary’s campaign dissolving??

We will.know soon enough.

The legal.process will play out, and will take time to sort everything out.

But we the people have it in our power, to vote “no” on the issue of whether or not we want to put the Clintons back in power.

Legally, who knows what will happen. The Clintons always seem to get away with things and not face legal punishment.

But aside from that, all of us can say we have seen and heard enough, and vote no to the Clintons, so that whatever legal process happens, it won’t happen with her in the White House.

If she gets elected, it will be a crippled presidency.

Thank God for "Independents." They, at least, are, in the spirit of the Founders, persons who must believe, as did those Founders, believe in freedom of conscience!

Surely, North Carolina's public education system has not produced a voting population so ignorant of the ideas of liberty that they would prefer a presidential candidate whose liberal/progressive ideology must turn their Declaration's people-over-government ideas upside down in favor of coercive government control of individuals and their freedom!

Our Constitution embodied a UNIQUE IDEA. Nothing like it had ever been done before. The power of the idea was in the recognition that people's rights are granted directly by the Creator - not by the state - and that the people, then, and only then, grant rights to government. The concept is so simple, yet so very fundamental and far-reaching.

CREATOR

People

Government

America's founders embraced a previously unheard-of political philosophy which held that people are "...endowed BY THEIR CREATOR with certain unalienable rights...." This was the statement of guiding principle for the new nation, and, as such, had to be translated into a concrete charter for government. The Constitution of The United States of America became that charter.

Other forms of government, past and present, rely on the state as the grantor of human rights. America's founders, however, believed that a government made up of imperfect people exercising power over other people should possess limited powers. Through their Constitution, they wished to "secure the blessings of liberty" for themselves and for posterity by limiting the powers of government. Through it, they delegated to government only those rights they wanted it to have, holding to themselves all powers not delegated by the Constitution. They even provided the means for controlling those powers they had granted to government.

This was the unique American idea. Many problems we face today result from a departure from this basic concept. Gradually, other "ideas" have influenced legislation which has reversed the roles and given government greater and greater power over individuals. Early generations of Americans pledged their lives to the cause of individual freedom and limited government and warned, over and over again, that eternal vigilance would be required to preserve that freedom for posterity.

The polls refuse to concede the fact that Hillary is sinking fast.

She isn't getting out her AA vote and the independents are turning against her.

Independents? BS. If you don’t know by now you are not independent, you are........... “not qualified” to be voting.

Yes, I watched the speech by Melania Trump. She did so well! What a dignified and great lady! She values American freedoms and opportunity enough to become and American citizen. Her home country was rooted in Communism (until it gained its own freedom). She understands and treasures all that is embodied in the American dream.

She will be a great first lady. The crowd loved her!

Oh, that can’t be right, there were those polls taken less than 24 hours after the news was released which said that it had no effect on voters!

Interesting. I knew the national numbers on the demographics, but didn’t realize it was very very different on the state levels.
