Hillary’s poll numbers vs. Trump drop in California following FBI director’s letter about emails

Hillary Clinton still is expected to beat Donald Trump in California easily, but the hit to her numbers in recent polling could raise some concerns for her nationally.

In a poll conducted mostly after the revelation by FBI director James Comey about emails found on former Congressman Anthony Weiner’s computer, Clinton’s lead among independent California voters dropped from 25 percent to only 9 percent.

And Clinton, who leads Trump by 17 percent among those who haven’t voted, has only a 21 percent lead overall in the state. That’s down from 26 percent in the previous poll conducted by SurveyUSA and issued Tuesday by Southern California News Group and KABC/Eyewitness News.

The poll was conducted Friday through Monday....

So she’ll get, what 73% of the vote instead of 78%?

Not even worth thinking about.

Decide north/south for water wars. For politics, devide east/west.

CA has one of the very last somewhat-prosperous industries (computer programming, internet sites, etc.)..........
and covers up its perhaps-what-25%? 35% unemployment

at least as well as does the WashDC administration with 100 million adult Americans of working age lacking jobs

Trump is going to “WIN” California. How do I know?

I’ve been conducting my own unofficial poll. In my business
I travel a wide section of California every week and I’ve
asked several thousand people this question.

“Do you know of anyone who is going to vote for Hillary?”

I either get a smile or a laugh, and a response of “NO” !
So far I have found only 10 people who said yes.

These people, for the most part, are total strangers to me.

I may be wrong, but I hope not....WE NEED TRUMP !!

One term of Trump should start turning these states red again. The “blue” states are not lost forever. They can be won back.

I hope so. I have lived in CA my whole life and the liberalism here makes me sick..if it wasn’t for Los Angeles County and of course the San Francisco Bay area, CA would pretty much be a red state, but LA is huge and its overwhelmingly Democrat so Im in the belly of the beast here

I saw two more Trump signs in my neighborhood today here in California. None for Hillary.

For GOP candidates, CA is good only for fundraising. Nothing more.

Also if Trump is able to end sanctuary city monies, and or reduce government handouts/welfare abuse - that may cut out some of illegals voting Dem and wake up some folks to realize they have to work and they just might change their view of things for the better over all, realize how lacking their life is living on Uncle Sam’s dime instead of their own efforts and achievements?

Trump is YUGE inspiration and motivator :)

CA is going to go for Hillary, period.

But she’ll win it by around ten points due to the lack of enthusiasm for her.

The election will be over by the time the polls close there.

More like East/West. Very blue along the coast pretty much red everywhere else.

...that’s what happens when you have millions of illegal aliens coming into this state [CA] like cockroaches...

...and many of them vote!

You're most definitely wrong.

Optimism is one thing; fantasy is another.

I think it would have to be carved differently than North/South. Probably would work if it was cut down the middle along Interstate 5. East of I-5 would be a deep red state. Here in Orange County it splits along ethnic lines.

“...The gimme crowd...”

Nice, but I believe it is more accurate to label them as the “the Free Sh!t Brigade”.

True, my vote in California will be wasted in the big picture, but casting that vote against the most evil, corrupt criminal politician (and her equally vile so-called husband) that this country has ever had to face will be a great privilege and pleasure regardless.

Hillary Clinton needs to be banished from political life FOREVER, and though California will willingly toss their electoral votes to that horrid pig, I won’t be helping them and I can feel proud and happy about that.
