ST. PAULA new Minnesota presidential poll continues to show a closer contest than is common in the state, with Hillary Clinton up by 7 points.
However, if Minnesota voters are like Americans in general, half were waiting for debates to begin to make up their minds.
A just-released SurveyUSA poll from the Twin Cities' KSTP-TV indicates that if the election were held before the Monday, Sept. 26, opening presidential debate that 46 percent would vote for Democrat Clinton while 39 percent were behind Republican Trump....

No, MN polls plays the political footsie game every year but they are a solidly blue state. The Democrat machine in MN is too far entrenched to allow any Dem to lose. They will simply manufacture the votes in St Paul and Minneapolis she needs.
If Trump wins the debate a lot of Blue states are going to flip flop.
Minnesota is a lost cause. They vote DFL because that is what is expected in their stuck in junior high clique.
Trying to fool Trump into spending money in Minnesota. That isn’t going to work.
The ONLY way I can see Trump winning MN is if Bernie supporters stay home.
Unlikely based on the Bernie supporters I’ve talked to in Mpls.
If she’s lost Minnesota then it’s time to throw the dirt over her.
Could Gary Johnson get those Sanders votes in Minnesota and open the path for a Trump victory?
If Trump gets MN... Hillary won’t carry a single state, I don’t see Trump winning there, no matter what happens.
Yep. And if they ever step outside those lines, the DFL will manufacture 110% vtoer turn out in their corrupt rotten ST Paul/Minneapolis precincts to make sure the state goes to the Dem
I thought the trick was finding ballots in the trunk of a strategically abandoned car near Biwabik.
Gravis has them tied at 43-all.
If we’re talking Battleground Minnesota, like Battleground Maine, Pennsylvania, Michigan, etc... the Ubershrew is in some deep trouble.
Wisc. and Mich. should go Trump first.
Not quite so sure this time... that terror attack at the mall in St. Cloud might be clarifying their thinking. Gravis today announced a 43-all tie.
Lake Woebegone is still heavily for H->! .
These poll numbers are absolutely incredible .
I’ve got a friend very heavily involved in New York politics who has been convinced for months now that Trump is taking NY.
I’ve been sceptical but he is adamant there is massive ground-level momentum behind Trump in NY.
FWIW
I drive the Minneapolis Hiawatha/somali corridor every day to work.
2008/12 I saw loads of el-bozo bumper stickers. I can count on one hand how many Illary bumper stickers Ive seen in the last 3 months.
I think MN has a very high jilted Bernie supporters, so It depends on what they do. I am not expecting Trump to win, but it will be far closer than normal.
This is actually pretty much what Romney lost by-—7.5
Way more TRUMP signs outstate in Mn., than Hellary.
