Anybody believes their version of immigration reform is the same person that believes there's nothing wrong with Clinton Foundation taking money from foreign countries while Hillary as Sec State.
Decoding the fine print of Clinton Speak it translates to AMNESTY especially for a new underclass of sure to be democrat voters.

If by “reform” of immigration, Herself means throwing the doors wide open and allowing America (or what is left of it) to be assimilated by pockets of every culture that has ever been in conflict with whatever set of ideals governed and illuminated that concept once known as “the United States of America”, then yes, that would be a “reform”.
Just wait until all these pockets of alternative cultures come in contact with each other. There should be enough friction and open conflict to write (OR MAYBE SIMPLY OBLITERATE) several centuries of history, as a New Dark Age descends across not just Europe, but the whole of the Western World.
In fifty years the concept of “voters” or “elections” will be meaningless, as balkanization proceeds apace throughout much of what was once considered to be civilization. A similar fate befell China at one time, and there was no semblance of a central government until the rise of Mao Zedong. And there was still no concept of “voters” or “elections”.
