That’s what people like about Trump, he works his butt off. He’ll get some of those states.
NJ I can believe but not CA.
He may get PA, but hes delusional if he thinks he can win the others. I wouldn’t even campaign in California. Save that money for PA, Fl, OH, MI, and MN.
What an effin joke the CA repub party has become.
New Jersey and New York may be in play but not California. Trump should do better than Romney’s 37% though, and Clinton worse than Obama’s 60%
Imagine if instead of the RNC working to undermine Trump they were neutral - or actually HELPED.
I am on the ground here in So Cal. I can assure Mr. Trump California is NOT in play. Aside from the few, unpopulous Republican bastions in this state that Trump is widely reviled here and the Clintons are largely beloved.
I really would really hate to see Trump waste valuable time and money on a lost cause here. Plus he puts his life at risk coming here. Most people here are nuts.
Well, I live in Southern CA and I have had my “TRUMP 45” Vanity Plates on my Car for a whole week and nobody Keyed it yet. In fact, I’ve only gotten one dirty look so far.
Looks like a good sign to me. #;^)
Ok, but don’t waste time and money on CA....focus on FL, OH, NC, PA, MI, WI.....
So, Romney says there are people who will never vote for him and the press and everyone excoriate him for not trying to reach those voters.
Trump says these states are in play and the press and everyone excoriate him for being delusional.
So basically, just tune the idiots out who say Trump will never get those voters. Better to try and fail, then never try and fail anyway.
We are our own worse enemy.
Unfortunately I think New Jersey is doubtful for Trump. There are just too many people with their hands out and guilt ridden rich liberals here. The democrat “get out the vote” machine in the urban areas is also very impressive.
Trump’s campaign in NJ also seems very disorganized. My wife volunteered weeks ago and has never been contacted to do anything.
Even though the majority of NJ voters are Independents, the Republican candidate has a lot of catching up to do.
Democrat primary votes - 877,500 (554,250 Clinton, 323,250 Sanders)
Republican primary votes - 442,700 (356,700 Trump, 59,500 Kasich, 27,500 Cruz)
Was so excited when I heard Katy Tur report this on MSNBC yesterday afternoon, especially because she mentioned my state of Maryland.
It motivated me to call my Governor’s office and plead for Governor Larry Hogan—who sat on the sidelines during the primary—to offer resources to rally Maryland for Trump!!!
I told them that Trump had compelled me to switch parties and implored them to get engaged in our imperative battle to save our country!! I highlighted my grave concerns over national security and bringing back good jobs!! The lady seemed receptive and took my name, etc. I pray I was successful in getting Hogan to help Mr. Trump MAGA!!!
It would be an enormous source of pride and an amazing honor to see my states 10 electoral votes in Trump’s column in November!!!
MD might give him a run for his money. We now have a Republican Governor, who absolutely demolished the liberal Lt. Gov who was running against him.
He is streamlining the state Government, lowered as many fees as he controls, gotten the budget on track and has a 70% approval rating.
During the riots in Baltimore, he moved his office to Baltimore and spent countless hours walking the streets and meeting citizens. Mayor Space to Destroy sat in the beauty parlor or the operations center.
Oh, and in this time, he also beat cancer.
He’s not on the Trump train yet, but I assume he’ll climb aboard.
Trump should spend most of his campaign money on recruiting poll watchers and atty’s and body guards to accompany them to as many solid RAT and swing polling places in swing states as possible.
The rest should go to ads on YouTube, NOT TV, and venues for rallies which the media will cover for free.
