WHY should it be the end of Trump?

Ditto to what marron said.

Molly, I am a Cruz supporter as well, I would love to see him as President next. Yet I am a realist and Trump is on his way to become the next President and I am ecstatic, knowing possibly that Trump will select Cruz as VP giving us 16 years of freedom from Tyranny.

The Cruz supporters that bash Trump are an embarrassment to Cruz and myself, and as was said perhaps they are Bush supporters stirring up trouble.

Don’t know about the rest, but I’m a Cruz Supporter and The Donald is next in line. Nobody else is even on the Radar.

It’s going to come down to who can get the Voters behind them. This could be an Election where the Open Primary States will really impact who will be the Republican Nominee. Here’s a hint, if true it won’t be a guy with the initials J.B...

If Cruz and Trump ended up being the Team, I would welcome it. I have no illusion that Trump would play second fiddle to Cruz, it won’t happen, but the other way around would be something to behold.

The proof will be in the Pudding when Primary Season starts.

Wait, isn’t Obamarama now suggesting that we allow felons to work for the federal government? Democrats should congratulate Trump for starting the trend. Doesn’t that qualify him for president?

If his pick is not in prison, obviously he is not found guilty of anything requiring long prison sentence. Why should Trump avoid using any free man who has the skills to help Trump?

In this country you are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

It was not for nothing that FDR picked Joe Kennedy, one of history’s greatest stock swindlers, to set up and run the SEC.

Did the guy associate with terrorists who tried to kill American cops, you know, like Obama’s friend Bill Ayers?

always a money shot in these article

But Garten noted that U.S. Attorney General Loretta Lynch praised Sater's cooperation with the federal government, when senators asked about him during her confirmation hearings early this year. She said Sater cooperated against his Mafia stock fraud co-defendants and assisted the government on unspecified national security matters.

"If Mr. Sater was good enough for the government to work with, I see no reason why he wasn't good enough for Mr. Trump," Garten said.

The AP chose this headline with the hopes that people would think “political” advisor. This was not recent and has nothing to do with Trump’s campaign.

And you have no problem with the fact that Trump had effusive praise for that same Hillary only eight years ago, calling her and Bill "fantastic people," "smart," "good people," and even donated $100,000 to Hillary's Foundation.

Yet in the linked article: Trump has said that among his secrets of success is that he surrounds himself with the "best and most serious people" and with "people you can trust."

You have a problem with AP's double standards ... squeezing your eyes shut to your own.

New headline:

TRUMP BELIEVES FOLKS CAN BE REDEEMED

Story to go with it:

In another display of Christian humanity, Donald Trump hired a man, who has a troubled past, to be a major adviser for his business empire. When asked why, Trump responded, 'This man has some superior skills and he misused them in the past which caused him trouble. I talked with him and decided that, given a second chance and with some good guidance, he can become a fully legitimate contributor to society'.....

The Federal government is now legally going to be hiring felons by the thousands. No problem there.

Hillary is married to a serial rapist. No problem there.

Trump deals with a guy who was under secret investigation who was let go when the truth was known big big problem.

Anyone reading lately about the handicapped reporter who was having a cow a few weeks ago? How about the fact that Trump saw thousands of muzzies celebrating 9-11? No because Trump won those media nothings hands down.

This latest story is so pathetic that it is instantly vaporized. See you at the top Mr. Trump!

We all know Trump likes Cruz and is in it to win, so if he does, we are assured Cruz will be high up in the Trump administration, wherever Trump feels he would be most effective in saving our country and making it great again.

The person we have to be on double-guard against is Rubio, IMHO. He is the fallback guy for the establishment since they now see thy can’t shove Bush down our throats.

I think most “realists” will agree with you. Trump/Cruz !
