If you had to vote in your state primary/caucus today, knowing what you know now about the various declared and probable candidates, who would you vote for? Why? Who would you like to see as the running mate for your preferred candidate? If you could help staff your candidates cabinet and other top appointments, who would you choose? If you could recommend different congressional leaders than we have now, who would they be? And who would you like to see on the Supreme Court and why? And finally, feel free to donate to Free Republic.
Cruz supported and VOTED with Obama on the bill that enables Iran to develop nuclear weapons (along with Republicans) Cruz supported and VOTED with Obama on the TPA (along with Republicans). Is Obama conservative? When has Obama ever supported anything that benefits the United States? For that matter, why do you trust Boehner and McConnell to advance the interests of the country?
Pat Buchanan, Phyllis Schlafly, Michelle Bachman, and many others are definitely NOT on the Left and they are against TPA/TPP. Pat Buchanan has always been my go-to source for lining out the impact of free trade agreements, not the Left, as you insist.
TPA makes the other trade bills possible. It is the enabling legislation. Without TPA there could not be a TPP and the other toxic trade agreements. That is why there is such an effort by Obama and his Boehner/McConnell team to pass TPA.
