A terrible sort of insanity has gripped the Democratic Party. On almost a daily basis, when you see the partys leaders in action, you want to start edging toward the door, murmuring Nice doggie. Nice doggie. Today it was Howard Dean (filmed a week ago, but seen on YouTube today). He was addressing a Democratic crowd in Colorado, and went off on a tirade against Republicans. Yes, he really did say that Republicans arent American. And that they should stay away from the United States, and go to Russia where they belong. One gets the feeling that if the Democrats ever have the opportunity, they will have us all arrested. Or deported:

This is a very bad thing. We need two functional political parties, and these days the Democrats dont get over the bar, no matter how low you set it. Their rants are so crazy that it is hard to tell what they are talking about. Dean says that Republicans want to take away the right to vote. Huh? Can you name a single Republican who has ever argued that anyone who has a right to vote should have it taken away? I have never heard such an argument made. Republicans do say that ONLY those who have a right to vote should be casting ballots, and that no one should vote more than once. Apparently Dean disagrees with these propositions, but of course he doesnt tell us why. It is always easier to lie.
Meanwhile, in Washington, D.C., Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi went ahead tonight with their screening of Koch Brothers Exposed, a false and malicious attack on Charles and David Koch which we wrote about here and elsewhere. Reid and Pelosi are so low-rent that you feel embarrassed for them whenever you see them. Screening a video that is sheer partisan libel in the United States Capitolillegally, as best I can tellis right up their alley.
However, the event was a dismal failure. Our sources tell us that only around 40 people attended, mostly Democratic staffers and reporters. That is a pathetic turnout; apparently Reid and Pelosi couldnt even get fellow Democrats in the House and Senate to show up, nor did Greenwalds rich leftist financiers turn out. As for normal citizens, forget it.
Maybe normal people who are not hard-core Democrats are turned off by insanity. I dont know; I guess we will find out in November.
How is the above 'the same' as Democrats?
Notice liberals are using that “conservatives are unAmerican” angle this year. They’re so damned predictable.
..Then imprisoned... then summarily executed. Some on that side of spectrum have voiced such a desire.
Democrats resent upcoming elections that threaten to wrest from their hot little hands, the all-consuming power they desperately cling to. They will say anything, and do anything, to hang on to total power.
If it's any consolation, history is replete with failed power-mongers----the people are soon onto their game and in a flash, they are gone. There was Peron, Mussolini, Ceasescu, and the little house-painter in 1940's era Europe. Most of the time, they meet an unenviable end.
Welcome to Acirema where the guilty are rewarded and the innocent are punished.
What has been found as a right, under Equal Protection, is that whatever voting is to be done, must be available to all, equally. No vote is even required among the states... they just all choose to do so, because anything else is political suicide in the US.
I am getting so damn sick and tured of the lyign evil democrats calling us everythign THEY ARE
Right, where "equally" means whatever the rules are they are the same for everybody without regard to race, creed, religion or sex. If the rule is "vote or welfare, pick one," then that rule has to be applied equally.
The vote is popular with the elite political class, in part because they can point to "the right to vote" as giving their unconstitutional shenanigans legitimacy. The vote also has the effect of creating the illusion of the people being in charge of their own destiny.
-- ... anything else is political suicide in the US --
And if the people indirectly choose (government) financial suicide, or regression of personal independence and responsibility (a choice the masses will make every time), the result will eventually be a change in form of government.
The people will keep their vote, but not their freedom.
Actually, one doesn’t back towards the door saying “nice doggy”. You say that as you pick up a good size rock to brain the mutt with. That is not only an excellent definition of the word “diplomacy” but is how anyone should handle a confrontation with a mouth foaming leftist.
“Howard Dean: Republicans Arent American!”
Okay Howard, you limp wristed pants wetter — Say that to this Veteran’s face...I can assure you, you will only say it once.
Watch “Howard Dean Reversed” on youtube. There are two versions; the slowed down one is truly creepy, like Howie himself.
Typical of The Party of Tolerance.
Democrats don’t play nice. They never have played nice. Why do we feel the need to be “bi-partisan” with them? It’s time to bring the heat! Time to push these apparent communists back!
Dean isn’t sane. Sounds like someone missed their meds again.
Who open the door to his padded cell?
Every time the dems make the claim the repubs want to deny people the right to vote the repubs need to respond and remind everyone it was Bill Clinton that got sued for “voter disenfranchisement”.
In Bill Clinton’s Arkansas, if blacks didn’t vote the way Clinton told them to he just overturned the election.
To Mr. Dean, I say, "I am sick and tired of people who say that if you debate and you disagree with this administration, somehow you're not patriotic, and we should stand up and say, "We are Americans and we have a right to debate and disagree with any administration!""
Hillary Clinton, April 28, 2003.

Howard Dean, you are mistaken. Republicans are Americans!
