Seems to me that since congress repeatedly ignores the majority of Americans, that it's going to take stuff like this to rattle their cage. It's time to flex some muscle.

Senator McCain , ON THE SENATE FLOOR called Senator Rand Paul a “Whacko Bird” for filibustering a couple months ago.

My bird book has no reference to a “Whacko Bird,” but once I saw the video of McCain flapping his arms as he delivered his “Whack Bird” comment, I knew then and there that McCain was actually describing himself.
