What’s with this “wacko bird” cheap shot?
Twitchy or Bitchy or whatever they’re called can KMA.
Senator McCain , ON THE SENATE FLOOR called Senator Rand Paul a “Whacko Bird” for filibustering a couple months ago.
My bird book has no reference to a “Whacko Bird,” but once I saw the video of McCain flapping his arms as he delivered his “Whack Bird” comment, I knew then and there that McCain was actually describing himself.
