In the run-up to the 2016 presidential election, the Republican Party will explode. When the smoke clears, therell be four (4!) new parties.
First, there will still be the Republican Party, sort of, but it will change its name to the GOPPPP (Grand Old Party of Perennial Pathetic Putzes). The new name, though, wont change the fact that the party has failed to win a majority of Americas voters in five of the past six elections or that it keep running candidates even its own members dont like!
Its top contenders? Sen. Marco Rubio; Rep. Paul Ryan; Gov. Rick Perry; maybe that guy who governs Wisconsin. You know, the polished politicos who say all the right things to get Republicans to like them but who then go on to get slaughtered in the general election. Those guys.
Then, therell be a new supercombo-hybrid party joining the old GOP with the Democratic Party. No, not Republicrat Demoblican. In this new abomination, there arent even Republicans-in-Name-Only there arent even Republicans! There are just the truly enlightened public servants, here to serve us because they and they alone have been given The Gift from on high.....

This guy Curl sounds like a moron.
Joe Curl Flashback:
CURL: Rejoice Republicans Romney is for real
Worst writing ever.
Joseph Curl covered the White House and politics for a decade for The Washington Times and is now editor of the Drudge Report. He can be reached at josephcurl@gmail.com and on Twitter @josephcurl
“Meanwhile, out of the ashes, rising like a phoenix, will be former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin, ruler of (you guessed it) the Phoenix Party. She will rally her millions of minions with a wave of her tawny tan hand, and her powerful ShePAC will haul in $100 million in nine seconds. But then, even before New Hampshire or Iowa, the slog that is a presidential campaign will hit her and shell remember shed rather be poolside in Phoenix (or more precisely, Scottsdale). And remember, one thing the former governor does really well is quit.”

Grr. :D
Palin 2016.
I stopped reading here. Gov. Walker is one of the rare GOP politicians who takes conservative actions. And he doesn't get a lot of national coverage to present his point of view either.
I cannot support him if he runs for President.
That governor of Wisconsin also supports Illegal Alien Amnesty...and that is a NO vote to begin with for Conservatives
Also, Scott Walker brought us Deniece Priebus....enough said
I say, “Bring it on!’
what is funny is that the guys they say get slaughtered in the general election, have won all their general elections, and ‘the wisconsin guy’ won a massive recall effort against him.
he did. he hasn’t’done much since the recall. he could have done a lot more. kind of pissing away the last two years.
Link?
Yes, that is indeed a deal killer.
Of course. Now he's editor for Drudge. And Drudge was an avid Romney supporter, doing everything he could to knock out the more conservative candidates in the primary contest--especially Rick Santorum.
Rand Paul is better than Sarah Palin? I don't think so. The acorn didn't fall as far from the Ron Paul tree as some people hoped.
Which is why I and lots of other Freepers deleted his bookmark from our computers, and have never been back.
No.
He doesn't.
Don't let the media pick your candidates. If you want to see how the media spun that Walker supports amnesty, so as to discredit Walker with conservatives, see the following:

The GOP has become little more than dem lite what with neutered obammy butt kissers like boehner and mc connel
Hell with them
Give me a real Conservative party not these babosos.
