New right wing political party? Where did she say that?

"The tea party right’s vision of America would be unrecognizable to Lincoln and his co-founders."

That's true, and the statement has no meaning in today's political discussion.

America was such a vast, open land then and uncultivated.

It NEEDED bodies.

We're millions of people more in population now and the dynamics are way different.

Many conservatives (as opposed to establishment GOPers) are fairly adamant against a third party. It is really a twiddle dee twiddle dumb situation in DC. Face it the banks and the folks at the Federal Reserve and the big banks are in charge. Obama is their mannequin as were all presidents since JFK. There are some good congress people but the senators are pretty much a group of douche bags (no insult to douche bags)....except Rand. When you look at the minority parties such as the Libertarians and Green they haven’t made much of a dent nationally. OK Ralph Nader (ran as a Green?) only got 4.5% because of high name recognition....but otherwise these folks right and left are pissing up a rope. Even if the Dems have pretty much followed Green party platform so there really is no need for them. The Libertarian viewpoint is still very viable, but no social conservative will touch them with a 10 ft. pole. If a Freedom party exists for lets say 8 12 16 years and the GOP losses all seats, maybe they will get the message...maybe not-—because their asses are tied to Wall St the Fed the banks and the globalists.

Do NOT fall for this lie. How many RINOs has she endorsed? She has NO moral compass.

2nd, I do understand you like SP, and I do too. I heard little of her before McLain nominated her but I initially liked and still do but FACT IS, the Liberal media and Tina Fey will be revived to CRUSH her again. I don’t think you realize this but most Americans really do think she said “I can see Russia from my back porch.
I do like the idea of a Freedom Party but I like SP as the cheerleader (Ted Cruz) and kingmaker. I live in Texas, state side we are OK we have a nice majority but we are losing our patience with the National government

the republican party is dead. They have been bring knives to gun fights for at least 20 years now. The RATS have taken over, and quite honestly, play the game very well. They control the media, thus get all the votes and good press. If the new Freedom Party is a valid effort, they will call out the press at every single turn. I hope they do. I have been saying it for a very long time, the right needs someone to challenge the left at every turn. Make them explain themselves. More often than not we will see them paint themselves into a corner and get that deer in the headlights thing going on.

Good luck, Sarah, I will be one that will do what I can do to support your efforts.

Coming Soon to An Election Near You: Sarah Palin's Right Wing "Freedom Party"

Anarchists are "right wing" and represent the extreme right. Libertarianism is right center. Conservatism is centrist. Then you have the democrats and go full blown into the totalitarian philosophies like communism, socialism and national socialism. The left owns both commies and nazis and acts like it.

It's irritating as heck when people buy into the leftist depiction of the political spectrum which is completely inaccurate.

Everything is “right-wing” with this guy, Joe Rothstein. (joe@einnews.com). Breitbart is right-wing, the TEA Party is right-wing and Sarah Palin’s new Freedom Party is erroneously called “right-wing.”

"Lincoln’s election in 1860 was in no small part made possible by the party’s openness to a flood of immigrants---from Germany."

Legal ones, I'm betting.
