At a Senate judiciary committee hearing on Thursday, California Democratic Sen. Dianne Feinstein shot down a proposed amendment exempting veterans from her assault weapons ban, bizarrely arguing that its legal to hunt humans with high-capacity magazines.
The time has come, America, to step up and ban these weapons, Feinstein said. The other very important part of this bill is to ban large capacity ammunition feeding devices those that hold more than 10 rounds. We have federal regulations and state laws that prohibit hunting ducks with more than three rounds. And yet its legal to hunt humans with 15-round, 30-round, even 150-round magazines. Limiting magazine capacity is critical, because it is when a criminal, a drug dealer, a deranged individual has to pause to change magazines and reload that, the police or brave bystanders have the opportunity to take that individual down.
Feinstein also said the prevalence of post-traumatic stress disorder in some military veterans is a concern....

What law allow this? “...And yet its legal to hunt humans with 15-round, 30-round...”
They say stuff hoping no one will catch it...their elite little minds think we are all stupid...FUBAR!
I’m astounded that we are at this point in our national history...if things don’t change - we are all (f*****)!

I was stationed at Moffett Field in the early 80's when she was San Fran Mayor and was doing her best to close shooting ranges and tried to get a handgun ban through.
We were living in Sunnyvale at the time so it wouldn't have affected us, but it was interesting nonetheless. IIRC she failed then, too.
There are ways to hunt bureaucrats and politicians that don’t involve firearms but will still bring their liberty-destroying plans to a halt. Many of them are peaceful. A Constitutional Convention is one.
Explains some oddities I have seen on the roads up here in Alaska.
Our lib retards love to hunt new ways to tax us and take away our rights.
I thought that the idea of a large capacity magazine was to prevent you from becoming prey to a pack.
I watch the occasional hunting and/or firearms program. They’ve had a lot of experts on but so far none of them have been 79 year old Jewish females.
She is right. For most of us part of hunting is making it a challenge. I don’t even have a magazine in my deer rifle, it’s a muzzle loader. Defending myself and my family is not sport and I have stacked the deck in my favor as well as possible with that weapon.
When does the season open, and what is the bag limit?
Don't bother - they taste terrible.
/sarc (as if really needed)
Can we just ban Slimestein?
Legal to hunt humans? I don’t think she is the only one that believes this; many who are pushing for new gun laws act as though criminal shooters would follow new laws, problem solved. The gun grabbers act as if there are not already many laws that cover a situation where someone goes on a shooting spree.
I have said the problem we need to solve is one of mental illness; not only with the criminal shooters, but many politicians and supporters of gun grabbing are showing definite signs that mental illness is the issue with them as well.

Henry rifle (1860) 16 shots. No complaints.
Evans rifle (1873) 34 rounds. No complaints.
AR-15, (1963) Over 10 rounds. The sky is falling and we all gonna die!
In 1902, Harry Tracy broke out of prison and armed with a 30-30 rifle and Colt .45 handgun killed eleven people before he killed himself.
No one complained about being outgunned or called for bans on them.
I think you can tell by her comments that her mind could never absorb that much common sense.
I was just going to post if it is legal to hunt humans in California she might not want to publicize it...
The Islamics just today said we could eat them.
As long as they were Apostate or not someone elses slave.
Feinstein uses the fact that most hinting is limited to 3 rounds inthe shotgun, but if we need something for self-defense 3 rounds is not enough.
Ms. Feinstein forgets or rather she does not know, that ducks seldom attack humans and there is no record of a duck ever shooting back.
