As the fall has turned crisper, a second term for Barack Obama has gotten likelier. This may, of course, change: the debates, the Middle East, the unemployment numbers could still blow up the race. At this point in 2004, one recalls, George W. Bush was about to see a near eight-point lead shrivel to a one-state nail-biter by Election Day. But one thing that has so far, in my view, been underestimated is the potential impact of a solid Obama win, and perhaps a Democratic retention of the Senate and some progress in the House. This is now a perfectly plausible outcome. It would also be a transformational moment in modern American politics....

I agree, the “tackling the deficit” statement is ridiculous. “Last year, we had a trillion dollar deficit. This year, under my leadership, it is only 500 billion.” And MSM would cheer.

I can not bother with it. These idiots in the media bubble imagine the this month has been terrible for Romney.
Now how anyone could imagine a month that:
1. the middle east blows up again
2. a US Ambassador and 3 others working for the US mission are killed in a terrorist attack
3. employment falls again
4. Obama snubs Israel again
is a month that he locked down reelection?
Only someone trapped by group think could fall for this.

Well, I think I can answer that.
Obama's philosophical mentors all grappled with something Marx called the 'transcendent' utopian ideal. Gramsci noted that this transcendent aspect of humans, which is actually our God-given need for God because we have a soul. The Marxist brainiacs, know that we have this need (they are NOT atheists but satanists) and work to pervert any 'transcendent' feelings we naturally have for God. Now follow me here. The Obama-ites understand this also, so to use Ronald Reagan is to grab the memory of his 'transcendent' quality only for the purpose perverting our feelings for Reagan into 'transcendent' feelings for Obama.
Our souls are at stake. Only demons would think of using Ronald Reagan to puff up a weenie like BJ Obama.
