CLEVELAND, Mo. -- Sarah Palin, Senate kingmaker, is at it again.
Riding a four-endorsement winning streak in Republican Senate primaries this year, the former Alaska governor swept into a blueberry patch outside Kansas City this weekend looking to apply her Midas touch to the latest fortunate recipient. This time it's Sarah Steelman, a former state treasurer running in a fractured Missouri Tuesday primary to decide who gets to take on vulnerable Democratic Sen. Claire McCaskill in November.
With Steelman, Palin is making perhaps her boldest bet yet. Steelman -- who, like Palin, likes to hunt, staunchly opposes abortion rights and touts herself as a maverick -- has been running third against businessman John Brunner, who's poured millions of his personal fortune into the race, and six-term Rep. Todd Akin.
At least that was the case before Palin's arrival and the ensuing glut of media exposure for Steelman.
"They fear her," Palin told a few hundred people gathered at a sprawling farm a few miles from the Kansas border Friday night. "She's the candidate in this race who scares them because she won't go to Washington to just go along, to get along. You have that choice to choose, results over rhetoric. Convictions over consultants and Missouri over Washington."
A win would only enhance Palin's reputation as the most powerful down-ballot force in Republican politics...

Palin’s endorsement is the “seal-of-approval” for me, as far as I’m concerned. It’s as good as gold. In solid secondary positions, I’d put Mark Levin and Jim DeMint. They carry a lot of weight with me, too. Maybe the Kremer gal from Tea Party Express, too. I frankly don’t trust Dick Armey of Freedomworks, due to his pro-illegals/open-borders stance.
So many other GOP-e types, from Karl Rove to Jeb Bush and such have become practically ANTI-ENDORSEMENTS! I hear names like those supporting candidates and it automatically makes me suspicious!
With very poor support from the Right I seriously doubt Romney will have an admin for Palin to refuse to serve in.
One doesn't have to be a DUmmie to know a sh!t sandwich when it runs for office.
I am beginning to think that we are better off with the Governor running around packing the Senate and the House with real conservatives than we would be with just running for President at this time...these new Senators and Congressmen are going to owe her later on...2016, 2020...if the country makes it that far.

If this claim is going to be made, there should be some accompanying data to back it up, such as determining what her endorsement is worth in terms of votes. Endorsing winners does not translate into being a kingmaker; it may mean you just backed the right horse, like Orrin Hatch for example.
There you go again. How is it some really unconnected folks think they can speak for someone like Palin.........
Palin is building her brand the old fashion way. As soon as the next Senate opening for Alaska comes up I would look for Sarah to be a shoe-in.

I agree with you. Conservatives must realize we are at war with the media and leftists who want to destroy the principles of our country. We need conservatives in Congress who will fight against the radicalization and globalization of the United States even if it means opposing a RINO President.
I vowed I would not vote for Romney but have changed my mind. IMHO, we must get enough conservatives in Congress to oust Boehner and McConnell. We must be as unrelenting as the Democrats have been for the last 40 years.
Conservative voters must stay informed and engaged in politics with frequents calls of support or chastisement to our Representatives.
When the primaries are done, we send each of them an equal sum even if the Obama economy has that down to $5 per...
The Mittster, Boenher and McConnell ( if they survive as leaders ) will rue the day that they messed w/ her going all the back to 08'
The Senate she will hand them will have a Tea Party / Conservative faction that will drive them nuts.

I disagree she will have no home in the Mittser's Admin, after all, he may want to keep his enemies closer, like the Dept of Energy perhaps..
A couple of my gnomes got to meet her when she came to MI. Gnome of a gnome got to spend a great deal of time with her..The words I got was, she is a rock star but none like they have never seen before....Humble, gracious, and prettier than the pictures. She made everyone feel like she was their for them and worked the rope line until everyone got to shake her hand etc.
IMHO the country has really messed up by trying to destroy her, she is a phenom of the likes we haven't seen since Reagan...
