So, if Bubba grows pot in Arkansas, and sells it in Arkansas, and it gets smoked in Arkansas, then by your logic, the FedGov has no say in the matter, since it didn't cross the border.

I'm ok with that interpretation. But Arkansas still has the power to outlaw it.

Take a look back and see.

If AK has the right to outlaw it then possession of it is not a natural right. This is different from our other natural rights - and different from the right to bear arms in the 2nd, which is explicitly protected.

The two are not the same, and it’s important to remember the difference. Not because it’s an ‘anti-freedom argument’, but because it’s important to understand what freedom is in actuality.
