If AK has the right to outlaw it then possession of it is not a natural right. This is different from our other natural rights - and different from the right to bear arms in the 2nd, which is explicitly protected.
The two are not the same, and it’s important to remember the difference. Not because it’s an ‘anti-freedom argument’, but because it’s important to understand what freedom is in actuality.
