“RuPaul is for RuPaul, and no one and nothing else.”
Are there any politicians about whom that cannot be said?
I make no distinction between Libertarians and libertarians. And nowadays - its hard to tell them from Republicans.
But one thing is for sure. They are NOT conservatives. See tagline. I’ve had it up for months.
A stopped clock is right twice a day, as is Congressman Paul; but I consider him more of a LooneyToonian. Th-th-th-th-that’s all, folks!
I supported Fred Thompson in the primaries until he bailed. I then worked as McCain’s Campaign Manager in the area that I live in. I’m Conservative.
Thank you for the title gunner.
He's also a libertarian.
He claims to be a Libertarian who found it expedient to claim to be a Republican to get elected.
I would caution that the real question and choices should be:
Is Ron Paul:
A. A Libertarian?
B. A Republican?
C. An Isolationist?
D. A nut bag?
My choice is D
:...but at least he isn’t a blogpimp.”
I didn’t notice that - thanks for pointing it out.
I’ve gone around calling myself a conservative since Ronald Regan, now I discover I’ve been a libertarian all along, ‘Thank God’ now I know! let freedom ring!
Ron Paul is a Libertarian. Libertarians have been unsuccessful in building a party so they invade the GOP and try to subvert it to their agenda in the same way that they invaded New Hampshire to try to take over the state government. There is a definite pattern with these folks and a strong sense among them that their ideology will be embraced once forced down everyone’s throats by any means necessary. If you want a look at what a Libertarian “victory” looks like take a good look at Maryland.
