I didn’t get that she was giving a near endorsement of Santorum.

Santorum is my acceptable alternative to Cain and Bachmann.Beck has given all 3 about the closest thing he gives to endorsements.

Other than his support of Arlen Specter, Santorum seems to be a good guy. He’s a lot better than Romney or Gingrich as a conservative activist.

I really like Santorum, but I think I have figured out why he has not been able to gain traction. The guy has no charisma. He comes across as earnest and deadly serious. For those of us who are conservative and pay attention to the issues, a lack of charisma can be overlooked, but, for the majority of the electorate, likability is a big factor in winning their vote. Also, he needs to show some passion.

Palin? Sarah Plain, right? Oh, that’s that pretty girl that kept leading me on while I fell in love with her just to dump me flat? I heard she does that with all the guys. Well, I’m still feeling the pain.

Santorum is for ethanol subsidies, Amtrak pork, funding community development programs and triangulated his position on abortion in 1990. He also supported Arlen Specter over Pat Toomey and voted to raise the debt ceiling. No RINOs, please.

I kind of like that Gingrich isn’t getting the support of any of the power brokers. None from the left (of course), none from the right, none from the middle (they’re going with Romney).

It’s just between Gingrich and the voters, now. No help from any of The Big Names. None from radio. None from politics. None from Fox TV.

I kind of like it that way.

Go, Newt!

Mark Levin said if he had to pull the lever today he would vote for either Bachmann or Santorum.

Santorum was my Senator when I lived in PA. I liked him, but he is more a Social Conservative then fiscal one. Don’t get me wrong, he is no RINO , but he does like those Pittsburgh blue collar initiatives.

As for President? Not my candidate. He endorsed Spector over Toomey. He is also missing the leadership qualities I think you need in a President. He doesn’t generate any enthusiasm.
