Former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney is maintaining his edge over a surging Texas Gov. Rick Perry among Republicans looking to California's June 2012 presidential primary, according to a new Field Poll.
The poll shows Romney's support has dipped slightly since June while Perry more than tripled his. But Romney still holds an eight-point lead.

Figures
Not a surprise Romney is a liberal.
“This poll is obviously biased against Palin, seeing as she has the highest unfavorables.
Game on!”
Just thought I’d go ahead and get that out here in the open...
whoo hoo
another reason to like Perry
He’s not californicated
And folks wonder why California’s GOP is in trouble.
They don’t get it.

My standards are not low enough for the Mr Rogers who endorsed Arlen Specter
Perry’s support has tripled. No news there. Keep walking.

“Unfortunately I believe it’s relatively accurate. The press has succeeded in demonizing her and, if she enters, her biggest challenge will be to reverse that.
Eh. It’s Kalifornia. I’d be shocked if Mittens was NOT winning it.
If Californians are for Romney, that says it all.
If Sarah doesn’t get in and blow Romney and Perry out of the water it’s going to be a fierce battle for delegates. I’ll have that buttered please Mr. Redenbacher.
Interesting, considering this is California. Perry gained 16 points on Romney since the last poll. But this is probably moot - California moved their primary back to the first week of June, and I think Perry will have this wrapped up long before then.
I dislike Perry more after that last “debate”, he’s a rhino in the same vein as McCain, no thanks, I’ve got some hope for Sarah but she should step up and declare.
