Sarah Palin's bus has been parked in Moline all day long, and it was creating quite a buzz. The question was is she actually in town?
Well, she was not in town. The bus driver was told to go to Moline and wait for further instructions. Palin's bus was tucked behind Benjamin Franklin Crafts in Moline. Even though you could not see it from the main road, folks were still finding it.
"I think that it spreads quickly. I think that it's really one person saw it, couple more people. But truthfully we haven't had much interest through the store," said Lori Graham, Benjamin Franklin Crafts employee.
About two dozen curious Quad Citians stopped by Thursday to see the bus for themselves.
"When my friend asked me to have the picture taken in front of the bus. My response was you betcha' 'cause that's one of Sarah Palin's favorite words. So I thought I'll just coin that phrase," said Jean Whitcomb, another Benjamin Franklin Crafts employee.
Once again the bus driver himself didn't know why he was told to come to town.
The Bus/Gosselin 2012!
Not sure what to make of that but I suspect it has something to do with security - never knowing exactly when, where, or how Sarah will surface.
The responsibility Sarah’s going to be assuming in 2013 is mind-numbing. We don’t need any undue problems from leftist kooks at this stage.
A little early aren’t you? She hasn’t even announced yet and she’s not polling well.
Are the liberals in the MSM going to complain again about how hard it is to chase her bus wherever it goes?
I remember last time she took a bus tour. These journalists chasing the bus were on TV. They complained that Sarah didn’t give them a schedule of where she was going, or what route she was taking. They complained they couldn’t stop to eat or go to the bathroom, because they had to be back on the road to follow the bus.
Well, the MSM certainly is expending lots of time and resources chasing down Sarah. If they decide that someone who is not running for anything is that newsworthy, that’s their news judgement, and their own fault if they don’t know how to cover such a story.
Breaking my own rule about posting on Sarah threads..
I will say this.
I love Sarah, but the cat and mouse game, imho, really doesn’t seem like good strategy. The last bus tour when she led the press on a goose chase just seemed like a strange thing.
I’m sure she enjoyed messing with them.
I am all for unconventional, but this seems strange.
It’s not unconventional. She’s not running.
Sarah is going to run.
Sarah is going win. (enormous landslide)
With the support of tea party congress and senate,
Sarah is going to save America.

“A little early arent you?”
Yes, I suppose. It is true that she may not run at all; maybe it’s best to wait to see.
Not the first time I’ve got ahead of myself.
I don’t think so either.
Why would she?
I’m sick of hearing from her that she doesn’t know and hasn’t made a decision on whether she’s running. And, you’re right, it is strange. All for nothing.
She may as well not.
I think you’re right that she’s running. She’s been leaning that way since 2008. No one better equipped has stepped up to the plate yet and none of the remaining undecideds can cut it. (Yeah, I mean you Perry)
I think she’s running. We will soon see.
Rick Perry is getting in at the perfect time; right before it's too late and right after that gruesome debate and the ridiculous Iowa Caucus. She's already polling just barely out of single digits and if she were to wait any longer I don't think there would be much a point. I think she's enjoying playing kingmaker.
