Conservative muckraker Andrew Breitbart said he believes former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin will throw her hat in the ring for the Republican nomination for president.
"My guess is yes," Breitbart said when asked by CBS News Tuesday if he thought Palin would run.
Breitbart, who is featured prominently in the newly released movie on Palin's political rise, "The Undefeated," attended the film's world premiere in Pella, Iowa, where he was greeted by Palin with a hug.
While he explicitly said he was not endorsing Palin, he did describe himself as a "defender" of the polarizing politician.
"She represents something defiant and fearless and righteous and decent," he explained, and said the two hour pro-Palin movie "represents vindication" from her detractors.
But it's not just vindication from the so-called mainstream media. Breitbart called out "establishment Republicans," accusing them of sitting on the sidelines, "watching [Palin] be devoured because they don't want to see her succeed."

Just sit it out, Sarah.
You can’t beat Obama. Instead, endorse someone who can and who shares your values...
(Cain, Bachmann, or, in a pinch, maybe Perry)
“Can’t” never did anything.
Perry would probably be her first pick and Cain her second.
A folding chair could beat Hussein obama.
“Conservative muckraker” - wow, CBS isn’t biased. I wonder if they refer to Daily KO’s or Arianna Huffington as Liberal muckrakers?
Of course not.
A conservative muckraker huh? Not to be confused with liberal muckrakers who think nothing of lying and spewing hatred.

2 things.
1. Who says Breitbart is conservative? He’s pro-gay marriage for starters. Plenty about Andrew tells me he is no conservative. Closer to a Libertarian.
2. Who cares what Breitbart believes regarding what Sarah may or may not do?
Wonder if they would call a liberal blogger a “muckraker?”
He may be right. She might just run.
Never heard them talk of liberal muckrakers! (But then that would be themselves)
Cain ? Bachmann? BWAHAHAHAHA!!!
Wow. Independent is Palin! Bachmann my friend is establishment and controlled by media and the RINO. Believe it!!!
Oh, pleeeeeeease...
I believe that Sarah will have to be drafted as the nominee. She does not want to get elected by a fraction of a percentage point and have to govern with one hand tied behind her back. she wants an overwhelming margin of victory and a mandate to fix the mess we are in. She is going to need both hands and a huge amount of support.
She would be foolish to get in with the MSM and the entrenched bureaucrats leaking or lying at every opportunity, the congress blocking her every move.
What is needed is a tidal wave of conservatives sweeping away the liberal/socialists at every level, and then Sarah leading the country.
Regardless of his views on pro-gay marriage, which I don’t agree with, I like Andrew. He has taken a lot of heat for leaving the leftist ranks and has been responsible for some excellent journalism the MSM has failed to do. So, yeah, I like him. No one is perfect, and I suspect no one will agree 100% with anyone on anything. Some on here want to throw the baby out with the bath water all the time. Doing that leaves us with no one to root and vote for. How sad.
