Obama is declaring that there are only certain laws he will enforce. A clear violation of his oath of office.

And according to the loser who's the WH press secretary, 0-caligula is "grappling" with whether he wants fag marriage or not. Yeah, right. He's been living the "gay" life for decades. He wants to destroy not just America but as many other countries as he can. When are Repubs going to stand up and stop this creature? Asking - nay, demanding to know - if he's really eligible or not, would be a good start.
