RINO Shame of Cowardice in the Face of Evil

On Tuesday, the Arizona Republic reported that a local Republican politician was stepping down directly due to the shooting in Tucson. AZCentral.com reports:

Miller, a 43-year-old Ahwatukee Foothills resident and former campaign worker for U.S. Sen. John McCain, was re-elected to a second one-year term last month. He said constant verbal attacks after that election and Internet blog posts by some local members with Tea Party ties made him worry about his family's safety.

The report goes further to quote Miller as saying:

"I wasn't going to resign but decided to quit after what happened Saturday," Miller said. "I love the Republican Party but I don't want to take a bullet for anyone."

This abject cowardice is offensive to a whole host of American Military veterans and their families as these members of our national citizenry have served in the face of death and immenient harm without flinching and with the goal of securing our liberty. Our founding fathers faced certain death by the hand of Great Britian if the rebellion should have failed, and yet they did so with bravery and great sacrifice of their own personal wealth and happiness. Rep. Miller is a shame to the Republican Party and to the country. Though RINOList.org disagrees to the Nth degree with Sen. John McCain, who resides at the top of the list of RINOs, the aspects of John McCain that have never been questioned are his personal bravery and valor, Rep. Miller must have missed these character traits as he worked for Sen. McCain. Though Rep. Miller may have escaped with his life and the lives of his family intact, he has lost something much more dear, his honor.

Because I see RINO’s as Democrats with an ‘R’ beside their names I see such action as that of Mr. Miller as simply an attack at the right in coordination with the Democrats, Leftists of the MSM, etc.
