It seems that every time one sees Meghan McCain anymore, someone is inevitably going to ask her what she thinks of something Sarah Palin has said or done or is talking about doing. Even though Senator John McCain's daughter has been cautiously open about her feelings about the former governor of Alaska and what she meant to her father's 2008 bid for the presidency, it is evident to most that she thinks the Palins are nothing short of white trash. But Meghan McCain realizes just how powerful Sarah Palin has become, and she is very indirect with her comments regarding the half-term ex-governor. That careful verbal dancing around the question was in evidence again, according to Politico, Thursday when she appeared on Fox News' "America Live" with Megan Kelly.
Kelly brought up Sarah Palin's recent hints of running for president in 2012 and asked McCain what she thought of Palin's chances of winning a general election.
"I think she could definitely win a primary," McCain answered. "I think winning the general is the great $64,000 question."
"She's overwhelmingly polarizing," she added, "maybe the most polarizing figure of our time."
And she just might be. According to a couple of polls conducted just after the midterm elections, Palin's name, although she enjoys excellent name recognition, generates either a positive or negative opinion. The latest Associated Press-GfK survey indicated that only 11 percent of those polled were unsure of what they thought of her, while 49 percent held an unfavorable opinion of her. Only 40 percent had a favorable opinion.
Her most likely challengers, former Arkansas governor Mike Huckabee and former Massachusetts governor Mitt Romney had favorability ratings of 49 and 46 percent, respectively....

Ping for your interests.
I think she has a website that you pay $25 bucks a month to watch her over eat.
Well, we know about John McCain’s 2008 electability.
I have doubts about Meghan McCain’s sanity.
Who cares with the ditz thinks?
Meghan McCain: Paris Hilton-Version 2.0
What does anyone care what John McCain’s daughter thinks about Sarah Palin?
meghan mcstupid.
Who cares what the ditz thinks?
You know, when she first started up her blog during the election, I found it a bit interesting.
But...she has zero qualifications to make political points....and she is simply a useful idiot for people.
Has she ever encountered an aggressive progressive who got in her face and screamed at her for being a “Republican”? I’m guessing...no...because she’s a useful idiot? I can’t believe she has NEVER encountered the hate...buy I have never seen her write about it.
Just wait...Meghan...it’ll be coming. Maybe you’ll blog about it.
I can’t believe Meghan Kelly just didn’t refuse to interview this harpie. Kelly appears to be a smart cookie and should know McCain is a no body.
Megan McCain is dumber than a box of rocks. Why do people even care about her opinions?
The Lefty Media People just saw that she was John McCain’s daughter and had a blog and and was critical of Conservatives and Republicans.
Presto, instead limelight and credibility.
Well, we don’t know about that. What we 100% know is someone who shared last name with her, and unlike Meghan he was famous for what he did for the country, could not get elected. In fact, studies show that had it not been Palin’s name on the ticket, that person would have lost even more.
Oh Goodie. I was WONDERING when this fat bagged bimbo would make the news again. What’s it been? Hours?
Add this bee-yotch along with her mother who’s been crying over the poor little fags getting bullied, and I almost feel sorry for John McCain.
Almost.
As another FReeper said earlier.... Imagine! John McCain is the CONSERVATIVE one in his family.
This is all kabuki theater. We have a cardboard cutout president, and cardboard cutout pundits reading from a script. Fake news in a fake newspaper.
