The wife of freshman Democratic Congressman Walt Minnick, A.K. Lienhart Minnick, handed out the first-ever Not Sarah award Saturday morning at the Idaho State Democratic Convention at the Coeur dAlene Casino in Worley. The award was given to the partys vice-chair Jeanne Buell, also of Worley, for her work within the party.
Minnick, giving a speech to the Womens Caucus at the convention, said that Buell is someone who inspires other women without saying you betcha, a phrase for which Republican superstar Sarah Palin is known. Minnick praised Buell for being someone who is well-read, inspiring, and actively working to improve the Idaho Democratic Party.
Minnick encouraged the women to pass the award around to others on a yearly basis, which Buell promised to do next year.
Good, good. She is living between their ears. May the very mention of her name be a plague upon them for fifty years.
The problem is we are all here trying to make some kind of sense of the dummy party. They feel and emote. They lie parrot dumb ideas and would flunk most tests on economics. The rank and file are just useful idiots. The leaders are evil and ruled by Satan. I’m just trying to kick out the false prophets, the uninformed and the trolls. For the most part the internet is an echo chamber of similar views. Our mission should we choose to accept it is to educate and convert dummies. Some heavy lifting ahead. Be informed this is not for the timid. Sorry for the run on paragraph. Get over it.
as long as the name,’Sarah,’ keeps being reinforced, I’ll go with it. We can always call the lies (against her) out later.
Ewww! (But you’re right)
Infantile.
Check out her nails. That woman has never worked an honest day in her life.
Walt’s going down and there isn’t a thing the Dems can do about it.
Ahh the good ole days.
They want all your money but they're too g--d--- cheap to buy a friggin' plaque every year?
I think Sarah is great but the “you betcha” sounds ridiculous.
Fantastic turn of events. I hope this catches on. Democrats will define themselves in the minority, women who are so small minded the equate their freedom with a lack of husbands and children.
“This is childish and pathetic. Something that valley girls would pull at a posh CA high school.”
That is very aptly put. It says something about the state of the Democrats and their supporters.
Thanks for the heads up!
Actually in a poll taken last week, if the election was held today Labrador would beat Minnick. It's still early, but non the less, a good sign.
I live in that district and I would have rather voted for Atilla the Hun than Walt Minnick. (BTW, I did vote for Bill Sali two years ago).
Well, I guess I am an idiot, then. I have a choice between him and an immigration attourney. I will probably vote for Minnick - He is a known quantity and has proven to be more conservative than a lot of Republicans. Also, remember that he was endorsed by the TEA party for whatever that is worth. Labrador is a latino immigration attourney, and that is about all I know about him. It should be enough. He HELPS ILLEGAL MEXICANS STAY IN THIS COUNTRY. Minnick is definitely my guy for now.
Sandpoint, Bonner County. (second county from the top)
Immigration attorneys don’t automatically assist illegal aliens like you assume. Most assist people with legitimate beefs against our warped immigration system like in the case of the ex Hamas terrorist who worked with Israel to betray Hamas, then turned Christian and came to the US, legally, and is now being threatened with deportation because he once worked with Hamas.
Anyway, Nancy Pelosi thanks you for her vote for Walt Minnick, one more seat towards assisting her in keeping a Democratic majority. Enjoy Walt as he votes for amnesty next year and much of the rest of Pelosi’s agenda. But oh yeah, he claims to be a “conservative Democrat” for now...just like all the rest of the Blue Dog/Lap Dog Democrats who fooled voters just like you and went on to become Pelosi’s best foot soldiers. Oh sure, he voted mostly the right way in his first term. Just wait to see what he does once he feels safe in this seat.
