Loyalty doesn’t bug me. When they start sounding like McCain I’ll get miffed.
“she’d be “Sarah Who?” She owes him something”
Rush is right on. Only the Palin haters are stirring things up. That said I’m supporting JD with contributions and I don’t care how much money McQueeg spends or who supports him it will not change my mind on the back stabber.
I would submit that she doesn't owe him her integrity.
McCain’s not that bad, folks. He’s a combination of ingredients.
We either adore or hate our politicians, which is a juvenile way to be. Is it because we enjoy being whipped up by the radio and TV talkers, just as we enjoy a good sports competition?
I’ve always said, “Sarah, that ain’t rogue”... Here’s the Real Deal-y-o...
First, nothing can help John McCain. Sarah couldn’t get him into the White House and she’s not going to get him re-elected. Second, Sarah is spending political capitol to pay off a political debt. If she goes through with her support of John, she’s going to be laced with him, like an albatross around her neck till hell freezes over, and she’s going to have to accept what comes of it.
To the purist Tea Party affiliates she is already looking and sounding like the rest of the DC crowd, playing political games to stay relevant. To them she is slipping into the mold, not breaking it. To the purist, “political realities” do not matter. Sarah has to decide if being loyal to the scuzz that brought her to the dance is worth it, or, does she really, really, really go rogue, slap the scuzz down and walk out on him.
Sarah, he’s used you before and intends to do it again, he’s a scuzz Sarah... is it worth it to be loyal to a scuzz. I don’t care what Rush says, Sarah, you would do yourself a big, big favor is you parted ways with the Liberal Republican in conservative’s clothing. To us, John is a turn coat, always has been and always will be... hell girl, we only voted for him because you were on the ticket... be loyal to the folks that want to believe in you...
RUSH: “However, if you’re Sarah Palin, the one thing you know is that if it weren’t for John McCain, nobody would know who you are right now.”
I disagree with Rush Limbaugh on this response.
I knew exactly who Sarah Palin was before McCain picked her for her VP. I even lobbied for her on this form before he did facing much criticism from fellow FR posters in this forum for even doing so.
I knew about her before Rush, from William Kristol way before she was picked. IMO, she’d better off if McCain hadn’t picked her. I hope she runs for Senate.
I must be right on target for the all the flak that is being thrown up.
McCain knows damn well the position his request for support from Sarah would cause. HE is trying to manipulate her popularity AGAIN for his benefit only, even if it destroys Sarah’s conservative credentials.
McCain is the snake he always has been...
Sarah is just an honest victim AGAIN!!!
I disagree with Rush. This backscratching is what is WRONG with Washigton D.C., political pay-back at the expense of WE THE PEOPLE! Palin mistakenly thought she owed McCain, but in actuality, McCai owes her for making the 2008 election even that close! She does not owe him anything, but she owes WE THE PEOPLE!
Here is the latest disaster McCain is trying to push on us: http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-bloggers/2453565/posts
