Gun rights enthusiasts, including rock 'n roller turned avid hunter Ted Nugent, are expected to call in to a talk radio show in Fairbanks, where Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin has scheduled an appearance.

--snip--

Palin spokesman Dave Murrow says while the governor is in Fairbanks, she will sign several pieces of legislation supporting citizens' rights to carry and bear arms.

Murrow says the governor has been a consistent supporter of Second Amendment rights and the bills reflect that.

Nugent is a 60-year-old rocker who hit success in the 1970s with several albums that went platinum including "Cat Scratch Fever." He also has been an outspoken supporter of the Second Amendment.

ROFL. Nice description of Ted.

Fiscal conservative, national defense conservative, social conservative, pro-gun rights. That’s pretty good as a starter.

While lrftist America worships sex pervert Michael Jackson, real Americans exercise their 2nd Amendment rights.

After reading the article, I see why the source is called NoseMiner.com. There isn’t even a brief overview of the content of the bills that are supposedly the topic of the article.

Posted this on another thread.

Just saw a repeat of a segment on Anthony Bourdino, as he traveled the SW sampling the culinary fare. His last stop was at Nugent's ranch in Waco, TX., where he got to eat wild venison wrapped in wild boar bacon. After dinner they all went out back and shot off M-16's, MP-5's, and last but not least, an M-60. All in full Rock'n'Roll (naturally) mode.

And I thought, We need to get Sarah and Ted (The Huntress and The Hunter) together. They can go on a wild Libtard hunt.

Still not sure if I agree with her on her resignation. She’s the kind of person we need in office.

At first I was against her resignation also, but when I read how much money she has had to spend personally against these ethics complaints, I realized that some things are more important then being governor, she was hemmorraging money, they were gonna make her bankrupt, she has 5 children, including a son in Iraq, a down syndrome child, and a grandchild, she thought of family first, Governing second. Family ALWAYS comes first. It’s about damn time someone investigate who are funding these bastards who were trying to suck her bank account dry

I don’t disagree with her personal reasons, I was being selfish. I hope she does nail those bastards that brought on the frivolous lawsuits.

Right! PLUS her conservative Lieutenant Governor, Sean Parnell, will now take over, and come election time run as an incumbent governor, which will be a big advantage to him in the election. It was a smart move no matter what the elitists in both parties say.

I think it’s about time we all start investigating it, we all know the media won’t. If Sarah were a Democrat the media would be tracing the money, they won’t do that since we all know the Dems are behind this. A person should not have to become bankrupt in order to state their views on the country. What was done to Sarah Palin is a disgrace, and I want these bastards brought down

Fiscal conservatism, a common-sense approach to energy, and a strong support for the 2A.

In contrast, Obama wants:

...to mire your great-grandchildren in debt.
...you to pay more for electricity and gas.
...to ensure that the strong can prey on the weak with impunity.

What more proof does anyone need that a Harvard education fosters idiocy of titanic proportions?
