I just received a letter from Dr. Deborah Travis Honeycutt asking for my help. She wants to stand up to liberal activists like Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson who have used race as a divisive and hurtful weapon for far too long. She is the Democratic Party's worst nightmare. WHY? Because she is a black Republican woman and running for a seat in the U.S. House of Representatives. Dr. Honeycutt is married to Dr. Andrew Honeycutt, a Harvard University Doctor of Business Administration and professor of business at Shorter College. She and her husband are members of Word of Faith Family Cathedral in Austell, Georgia. She is very conservative on Taxes, Controlling Our Borders, Life, National Security, Economic Development, Gun Rights, and passionate about standing 100% behind those serving in our military.

I live in Georgia’s 13th district and I really do not think at all she stands any chance of defeating David Scott. Mostly because she spent millions trying to beat Scott in 2006 and still lost by 30-something percentage points. It is a gerrymandered heavily-democrat district.

PS Can’t you post this in the News forum? Many, like me, weren’t even aware of her before hearing the interview...
