Seemed to be a lot of omissions. Jackie was one. Toby Keith another. Actually, I heard and interview with Toby Keith where he said he is a democrat - and hoped it wouldn't upset too many of his fans...

Toby Keith registered as an Independent recently. Said the Dem Party left him. (just heard that, but cannot remember where)

As recently as August.18th 2008, Toby Keith said he was a life long Democrat. He'll be voting for 0bama.
"And I think [Obama's] the best Democratic candidate we've had since Bill Clinton. And that's coming from a Democrat."
"I'm actually a lifetime Democrat." ... calling himself "a very conservative Democrat. I'll always support our troops, wherever the war is."

They took a lot of heat for that too.Yeah, I remember that. Hasselbeck was startled by the negative reaction from some fans and sort of backpedaled. He basically said that he considered meeting President Bush comparable to meeting a celebrity whereas Mack Strong re-affirmed his Conservative leanings.

Didn’t Jon Cryer (2 1/2 Men) go to the RNC?

Toby Keith another.
Nope:
"Barack Obama is getting praise from Nashville, courtesy of one big, patriotic country star.
Toby Keith, perhaps best known to non-country audiences for his post-Sept. 11 song "Courtesy of the Red, White and Blue," says he's a Democrat, and was impressed by the senator from Illinois."
This story is a few months old.

I didn't know his party affiliation. I know a lot of Democrats who are more conservative than some Republicans I know. You're right, we need more of those kind. Their voice has been shouted down by the "big tent" party.
I don't camp out, but I think a good rule of thumb is: Don't invite weirdoes and wastrels into your tent; nothing good can come of it.

Saw Dennis Miller on the Jay Leno Show the other night. I've only seen the show maybe 5 times.
Dennis made a joke about MIchelle Obama and then apologized for it after commercial and mentioned that Leno had given him a "look".
Funny thing is that Leno had made a number of distasteful "jokes" about Sarah Palin.

I assumed poorly. Obviously, Mr. Keith loves his country but fails to see the danger that this new generation of Democrat offers to this country.
As penitence, here's another Patricia Heaton pic:
