Nothing makes an impression like an empty house.
In response to the Congress, both House and Senates planned negotated immigration bill I think every Republican weather we support the candidate at election or not, we should NOT attend any forums or candidates activities or public speeches for the next 60 days.
None, zero, let them speek only to their staff and reporters asking them where their supporters are.

I am surprised you can count that high.
Bush does not listen to the Crackpot Wing of politics knowing full well that it is made up of Third Party nutcases. True conservatives are NOT going to attack the GOP and help the RATS win.
They don't here just the Perpetually Pissed Off trying to split the party on phony issues.

I don't elect a leader. Me I never look to Washington for leadership that is why I am never disappointed.
I do however elect a representative.

So you are saying that border enforcement has gotten even TOUGHER. That is true and hence there will be MORE than 1.2 MILLION deported this year more than 3300 per DAY more than almost 150 per HOUR more than 2.5 per MINUTE.
You want to speak of mythical number how about commenting on those REAL numbers.

How do you equate putting pressure on GOP leaders to get tough on illegals with supporting the rats? Too difficult, too hard, too complex... that is pure bullhockey, or its the language of a defeatist.
Do you support Iraq Freedom and the WOT? Quite a daunting task considering millions of Iraqis haven't know Democracy since time memorial, and that Terrorists Networks are everywhere in the entire world, complex and heavily funded. Yet we support it, we believe it can be done, we believe it has to be done. A massive effort, incredible expense, and foremost, the loss of American troops, but we all believe its worth the price of Protecting America.
In that sense, why is this task any different.. 12 million or more illegals, Nationalists that have cost billions, that have shown no regard for our laws and are now in the streets demanding "rights", brandishing their Mexican flags, and worse, they are attempting to force our lawmakers to write and pass laws to their satisfactions.. you don't believe that this is a threat to Americans, our way of life?
The rats are doing their usual business, that of supporting another threat to America.. But where is the GOP (not all), how come they choose not to see this as a threat, not just from the illegals but from terrorists, unless of course there are other interests at stake, none of which has anything to do with protecting American Citizens.

you would not support a boycott of fora or speeches hosted by any GOP congressman or senator.
I would boycott fora, speeches, contributions, and voting for some. I would not boycott any of the above for others. It is pointless to punish the conservatives in the Republican party for the misdeds of the Rinoweasels.

I went to a meeting and met Bill Pierce who is running against RINO DeWine and candidate for Ohio Treasurer Sandra O'Brien who is running against RINO incumbent Janette "asleep at the switch" Bradley last week.
I hope that was OK.

Good plan. George Soros would be pleased that his tactics are working.
Brilliant. Just like when conservatives "punished" George Bush the elder. That worked out great didn't? We got 8 years of Bill Clinton.

We pushed this congress and president on getting us the supreme court people we wanted and they have given us nothing.
When conservatives ban together, we get a lot more done then letting those in DC fail us.

The phrase is "band together," not "ban together," and I don't think Roberts or Alito are chopped liver so this argument is caca.
Try another cliche from the MoveOn.ORG phrase book of "Moby quotes on how to disrupt the Conservative Base."
I am NOT saying that you are a plant or a troll. I am saying that it looks like you are getting your information from plants and trolls on this issue.
Think for yourself. Go beyond the cliches. Challenge everything you here from anyone, especially me. But most importantly examine the motives behind the kant you are pushing.
What you are pushing now has one purpose and one purpose only: electing more leftist Democrats.
Is that what you are after?

You reference the primary objective of the conservative ideology and that is National Security. Undermining the GOP over Illegals undermines the primary objective.
Putting pressure is fine but the threats of staying home or not providing assistance against the RATS is dumb. Bush has to face unrelenting 24 hour a day OUTRIGHT hatred from the Left he doesn't need it from those calling themselves conservative.
Anyone hoping anything will be done about Illegals should vote for MORE Republicans not try and defeat them. And even then the prospect is enormously difficult far different than fighting a war in Iraq. It is like a Trichinosis operation.

It is a phony issue when it is exaggerated to being even in the top THREE. It is a phony issue when it is used against the only party which will do ANYTHING. It is especially a phony issue because it ignores or LIES about the enormous effort of deporting 1.2 MILLION people every year. It is a phony issue when it is pretended that substantial change can be made long term without Mexico being intimately involved in solving it. Maybe you can convince them to abort themselves in the tens of millions a year but short of that the pretense that this is easily solved is PHONY. And that it is the GOP's fault is even PHONIER.

I think we have all done that - now I think it is best it is best to have an empty room to look at.
Fear is an excellent motivator - the perceived action at voting time and imagination is a powerful thing.
Look, they are selling us out because they think they can get a minority voting block - well maybe they will but, they will lose the majority voting block. It now becomes their problem, not ours.
