Tomorrow is an important day. Not only for Virginia, but for President Bush.

The people of Virginia are trying to take back the Governorship of Virginia from the liberals and give it back to a conservative Republican.

The conservative dream team of Kilgore, Bolling and McDonnell needs our help in this poll. It is being sponsored by NBC Channel 12, and The Richmond Times Dispatch. Please click on the link below, and vote for KILGORE, BOLLING and McDONNELL.

You may vote once per hour per ISP address.

OK I suspect those are the Democrat candidates and you are a troll trying to trick us into voting for them. The reason I suspect this is because when you view the results they have a blue bar for these candidates and a red bar for the other candidates. You must provide proof of party affiliation before I will believe you have chosen the correct candidates.

If you aren't kidding, Kilgore/Bolling/McDonald are the republican candidates.

And the reason I believe that Kilgore/Kaine are neck-and-neck while the other two are clear republican leads is because democrats are too stupid to scroll down to see the rest of the survey.

I'm serious. When MSNBC ran polls after each debate last year, Kerry always crushed Bush in the MSNBC poll. But if you scrolled down a page, there was a 2nd question, which said after seeing the debate, who are you going to vote for, and Bush was always ahead by 10 points.

Because the democrats didn't know how to scroll down to see the 2nd question.

So you are saying Kilgore/Bolling/McDonald are Republican Candidates because Kilgore/Kaine are neck-and-neck while the other two are clear republican leads is because democrats are too stupid to scroll down to see the rest of the survey.

This is not making much sense to me gramatically not to mention any proof that Kilgore/Bolling/McDonald are actually Republican Candidates.

Did you just crawl out from under a rock? Forcryinoutloud, we've been following this race for a year now.

Log off and read a newspaper for heaven's sake.

That said, what you see in the online poll accurately indicates a couple of things.

1) Many people in a poll like that will only vote for the top of the ticked.

2) Virginia voters are notoriously independent in their thinking. The top race is very close. The Republican candidates for Lt. Governor and Attorney General are blowing their opponents out of the water.

Thanks for your help, and don't forget, you can vote once per hour!!

The reason it is so close, is because, for some strange reason, the outgoing Governor (a democRAT) is popular, and his popularity is rubbing off on liberal Kaine.

We will win, because of our GOTV plans, but we're not taking any chances.

No, I was answering two posts in one reply. Another poster asked why Kilgore/Kaine were neck-and-neck while the others weren't.

My only answer to you was that Kilgore/Bolling/McDonald are the republicans. I should know because I've been putting up their campaign signs for the past week.

Not sure what proof you want. If you really care, just type the name "Jerry Kilgore" into google, and look at his web site. It's not that hard. I didn't think you were going to ask for some sort of "proof" here. I figured a 2nd poster telling you would calm your fears.

No i didn't crawl out from under a rock but like many who do not live in Virginia do not know who the local candidates are there. I would be willing to help you pad the poll if I was sure about who was who. That's all. I bet lots of people do not know who these guys are especially on this NATIONAL/WORLD WIDE Blog.

Yes, this is a "world wide" site, but most of us are savvy enough to do a little research before we start calling someone a troll.

GeorgeW23225 has been around a long time, and we've had multiple threads on Virginia campaigns for months now. (I should know, I post 'em).

Still, you can be forgiven for not knowing the particulars of the Virginia races.

But, for calling GeorgeW23225 a "troll" you should apologize.

Well......I'm sorry I missed you calling me a troll. I was out shopping at the Republican leaning Wal-Mart.

Your apology is accepted, but, I would watch myself in the future before going off half cocked and calling someone a troll. Trust me when I say that "trolls" don't last here for 2 years, let alone, 2 minutes.

I also find it difficult to believe that with the National attention this campaign is getting, that you didn't know the names of the players. After all, I don't live in New Jersey, but I know that Corzine is the democRAT and Forrester is the Republican.

In the future, when in doubt, try a google search BEFORE you call anyone here a troll.

One last thing. I have NEVER voted for a democRAT in my entire life, and never will. I believe they are evil, and besides, my mother, God bless her soul, would turn over in her grave if I did. I'm a good son, therefore I vote STRAIGHT Republican!!
