First kitchen appliances. Now another household item - a metal pail - figures prominently in a gubernatorial attack ad.
We had a youngish female (college student maybe) come to the door peddling Kaine paraphernalia. I took it in my hand, looked at it, handed it back, and said, "No thanks." She asked if we "like Mr. Warner." Not Governor Warner. She said, "Mr. Warner." I said, "No, we don't like him. She said, "Thank you for your time." It's too bad I was very busy at the time. I had children buzzing all around, going to and fro. She really would not have liked me if I had been in a foul mood.

Potts urges raising teachers' salaries
