Many many thanks for all the kind words and prayers from all the gallant FReepers!

Beth, Piper and I are all home now. It's a little after noon on Friday. The baby's doctor told us that she is as perfect as can be. Beth and I are pretty tired (moreso her than me), but it's much easier being at home.

Thanks again to everyone. I'll try and keep you posted as things develop. So far, we've gotten the first smile, the first wailing session, the first big burp, the first really dirty diaper (oh yeah, I found that little surprise...), the first car ride, and a few other firsts that never really seemed relevant or important until now!

As a last thought...what should her FR name be?

WaHOO! Congrats. Happy Father's Day and Happy Grandfather's Day! WELCOME PIPER. That is a lovely name!

As for a FR handle, how about AZ Flybaby? Or, Flyboy's Baby? Or Flyboy's Piper?
