"he scheduled Belavilas for a back pain injection"
...He probably should get his injections from a different Doc from now on, I don't believe I would want a doc I had just successfully sued giving me injections anywhere.

The first time I saw my cardiologist (supposedly the best there is and with an ego to match) he spent 4 hours (that's right--4 hours) examining me. He looked up my nose; inspected my teeth and eyeballs, scrutinized each finger. All the while taking meticulous notes.
He must have taken my pulse and blood pressure six times each, and an EKG and G-d knows what else.
"If you'd waited 10 days to see me, you'd be taking a dirt nap," he commented with his customary and legendary bedside manner.
"Gee doc, I think I should apologize to that little old lady who's been sitting in your waiting room for 4 hours," I said, meaning that he should apologize.
He took me by the hand and led me out so I could apologize.
No joke.
