I need help with a wine selection. I am at Trill's this weekend helping with a garage sale, so I get to really cook with an oven and everything...

Menu is: beef roast braise with mushroom rissotto and asparagus and corn salad. Trill's favorite wine is Beringer's Zinfandel. She hasn't like most reds that I've selected. If it's too dry, or has too much tannin, or is overly complex it's not for her.

Please don't recommend MadDog. ;>)

I have an email question for you about how to disable the highlight function so a new mail doesn't automatically open up when the line is highlighted.You fixed this for me a longtime back, but I know my mother is being driven insane with Viagra emails and would really like to NOT have them open all the time.Can you give me the instructions, once more? Thanks :)
