I have an email question for you about how to disable the highlight function so a new mail doesn't automatically open up when the line is highlighted.You fixed this for me a longtime back, but I know my mother is being driven insane with Viagra emails and would really like to NOT have them open all the time.Can you give me the instructions, once more? If you're using Outlook Express, the function is a little hidden. It is not under "tools" as you would think.

On the toolbar pull down the menu under "View."
Select "layout."
A special window is opened with two parts, "basic" and "preview." In the bottom "preview" section be sure you UNCHECK the "show preview pane" box.
