No way, he was clearly down. No doubt about it, Ohio State wins. What a shame, they are frauds this year. At home, no less. Watch the OSU apologists whine about the ref's trying to give it away, ignoring that it was a home game. 124 yards of penalties against them at home against SDSU, 125+ this game. They continually try to get away with crap, so they can't whine when they are busted.
But bottom line, they won today.
